Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, opened wellness or health products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
